Handcrafted in India, these Kantha quilts are made using a century-old tradition of stitching patchwork cloths from rags. A technique which evolved from the thrift of rural women. Finished with an Indigo dye and contrasting white top stitch, one side of the quilt displays a combination of geometric and floral patterns. Each quilt has subtle differences as they are hand made, some with more patches and embroidery than others.
