At Neighbour, we accept returns on all full-priced, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided in your email.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed.
